Conditions of participation

You are personally responsible for compliance with any conditions of participation such as age, weight, health conditions, etc. The provider reserves the right to exclude participants, who do not meet these conditions, from the activity. In this case, the price paid cannot be refunded.

Program Changes

The supplier further reserves the right to make minor program changes, if deemed necessary due to unforeseeable or unpreventable circumstances due to; including but not limited to; weather, construction, renovation at the attraction site etc...

Arrival at Venue and Supplier Rules

It is your responsibility for timely arrival at the meeting point. If you are arriving to the booked activity from abroad, you are responsible for the necessary travel documents (passport, etc.), compliance with health regulations, etc.


Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a Tickets for each tour, event etc. Please provide this Everytours Ticket to the service provider to redeem your service, tour, ticket etc. For security purposes you must also present a valid Photo ID.

Names of persons traveling

It is important that you must enter the correct names of all persons traveling. If TBA or another abbreviation has been entered as the guest's name, the service provider may reject the booking. The names of all persons traveling must be entered and the first name should be followed by the Family name.

Rates and Payment
  • All prices on the website are per person for use of the service and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation e-mail.
  • Please check the service and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
  • Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding.
  • All special offers and promotions are marked as such.
  • The charge is made by by your selected choice of payment type. The majority of credit card providers charge some sort of an International Transaction fee. This fee is passed on by certain credit card providers because the charge for your booking has been processed outside of the country that you reside in. Please note that the charge has not been passed on by and that we cannot be held responsible for any international transaction charges passed on by your credit card issuer.
  • For extras purchased during the service, the supplier may determine a local currency.
  • If the booking is non refundable then you will be charged the whole amount in FULL at the time of booking.
  • Once you have accepted the cancellation policy for your booking as well as our terms and conditions, your credit card will be charged for the total cost.

This distance sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is related to the determination of the rights and obligations between the purchaser and the seller in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502.

3.1- The features of the service subject to the contract are as follows:

The expenses related to the pursuance of the contracted service belong to the buyer. By confirming this contract electronically, the purchaser undertakes to provide the basic features of the ordered product, the price of the product including taxes, payment and delivery information accurately and completely.

Force majeure is defined as a force majeure event that does not exist or is unpredictable at the time of signing the contract, develops beyond the control of the parties, and prevents one or both of the parties from fulfilling their obligations and responsibilities under the contract, partially or completely, or from fulfilling them at the agreed time. In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, war, terrorism, uprising, changing legislation provisions, seizure, strike, lockout, significant malfunction in production facilities), the party that cannot fulfill its contractual debt due to force majeure shall immediately notify the other party of the situation.


For the resolution of disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committee is authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, in the place where the buyer purchased the service or where the seller is domiciled. District or provincial consumer arbitration committees are authorized for consumer demands in line with the lower and upper limits specified in accordance with article 68 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.




  • Refunds will be processed in the currency charged. However, if you do not reside in the country that supports the charged currency, you must allow for any currency exchange fluctuation which may occur.
